Day – 1

  1. Meeting with New Students

  3. One to one meeting with Yong to discuss following issues:-
  • Implementation of Service Desk

  • Brief introduction of Service Desk team & their functions
  • Brief introduction of support teams i.e. Desk side, Server, Network etc

  1. Handover copy of service desk handbook & catalog of services provided
  2. Explain process of sending IT notifications & announcements
  3. Explain documents being managed by Service Desk team
  4. What’s up gold installation & operation  

Day – 3

  1. Implementation of call logging application
  2. Explain call logging process
  3. Explain call transferring process
  4. Explain Shift Handover process
  5. Explain Daily/Weekly MIS 

Day – 4

  1. Active Directory related functions
  2. Process to ADD / Remove user
  3. Password change request
  4. Explain Employee joiners & leavers process 

Day – 5

  1. Troubleshooting calls related to:-
  • Mitel
  • Connectivity
  • Printer & other Hardware issue
  • Exchequer
  • Act
  1. Management reporting
